MK Diamond 153330 MK-660 3/4 Horsepower 7-Inch Wet Tile Saw CustomerReview
The MK 660 is one beautiful tilesaw. I got mine just in time for a medium job with heavy wall tiles and pavers and a “zillion” cuts. The first thing you notice with this saw is the eerily quiet and powerful motor. Unlike other saws in this class, this one has a motor that doesn’t bog on long tough cuts (forcing the operator to beat-up the saw). Also, for the price of admission (which is reasonable) you get a metal feed table that runs true and smooth. Another simple but very nice touch is a drain plug, which allows the reservoir to be drained in seconds. The supplied pump is easily up to the task of cooling the blade, and everything on this saw screams “quality”. On top of all the other quality features, this saw is easily transportable. The only fault I have with the MK660 is the water feed adjustment (a plastic clamp on the water hose). I immediately took mine off and fitted a 3/8″ needle valve to the tool allowing much better water feed adjustment. For just about any tile work, this is the only saw you’ll ever need.
